The return policy for Audien is as follows:
- The return policy lasts 45 days. If the product is returned within 45 days of receiving it, a full refund will be issued.
- To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition that it was received in and must also be in the original packaging.
- Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify the customer that the returned item has been received.
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed and initiated to the original method of payment in 5-7 days.
- If a refund hasn’t been received yet, it is recommended to first check the bank account again, then contact the credit card company, and finally contact the bank.
